Say is a new social media video messaging app that avoids all the pitfalls of usual social media. It focuses on positivity, authenticity, and genuine connection. Since its release in September 2019, the goals has been to increase users and improve the features of the app.
MY SOLUTION
• Perform in-depth analysis of the user experience
• Conduct research about users through interviews and focus groups
• Create new innovations and program switches
• Invent marketing plans to sell the product
THE STRATEGY
Since the app is based on a positive social media experience, the strategy behind the marketing ideas was to show the opportunity users have to have real, open conversations with people around the world.
